Mango & Turmeric “Cooler”

Ingredients:

  • 4 kg mango purée
  • 10 liters cold water
  • 500 g sugar syrup or honey
  • 10 g turmeric powder
  • 3–4 g black pepper (for a subtle kick)

Preparation:

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Strain if mango is too pulpy.
  • Serve chilled in your Fill dispenser.
