Iced Melon Ayran (18L)

Ingredients:

  • 5 kg strained yogurt
  • 10 liters cold water
  • 3.5 kg melon purée
  • 50–80 g salt (adjust to taste)

Preparation:

  • Mix yogurt and melon purée well.
  • Add water and salt, blend until homogeneous.
  • Serve chilled in your Fill dispenser.
