
Ingredients:
- 5 liters apple juice
- 10 liters water
- 300 g fresh ginger (grated)
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 400 g brown sugar
- Juice of 2 lemons
Preparation:
- Steep cinnamon and ginger in hot water for 30 minutes, strain.
- Mix with apple juice and the rest of the ingredients.
- Serve warm or chilled in your Fill dispenser.
